Battery Powered Grease Gun

The cordless battery-powered grease gun frees you from cumbersome cords or air hoses. Its high-capacity 18 VDC battery delivers grease faster and reduces the number of times you have to recharge the unit. When the battery runs low, just charge it using the included one-hour battery quick charger.

Using the grease gun is a snap. Just attach the flexible whip hose to a lubrication point and pull the trigger-style switch. Grease is immediately delivered. To stop the flow of grease, just release the switch.

A small displacement lubricator for compact machinery. The L2P is operated by pulling the knob, which raises a piston and compresses a spring. Releasing the knob automatically discharges oil into the system. Oil viscosity does not affect discharge volume but may affect system pressure.

Large output lubricator suitable for use on medium and large sized machines. The L18P is operated by pushing the operating handle down, which raises a piston and compresses a spring. Releasing the handle automatically discharges oil into the system. Oil viscosity does not affect discharge volume but may affect system pressure.

HAP-P manual lubricator D3221C              

The HA-P manual lubricator includes a spring return piston pump in a plastic reservoir. Pulling up slowly on the lever handle to the stop fills the cylinder with a predetermined volume of oil. Upon release, spring pressure discharges the oil into the system and returns the handle to the original position. Lubricator must be operated at intervals recommended by machine manufacturer. Use Meter Units Type F when designing a system with this lubricator.

MultiPort automatic oil and grease lubricator  

The motor-driven MultiPort lubricator is a rugged, compact, low voltage DC lubricator. It is equipped with a fixed output pumping element to discharge grease over a wide operating range. An optional adjustable output element and low level switch is available.

The MultiPort automatic lubricator is available in oil and grease versions. Electronic controllers are available to program lubricator. Recommended for use with Series Progressive lubricating systems.

The SureMatic Lubricator is a piston discharge pump actuated by air, controlled by an electric solenoid valve (optional). The lubricator handles most industrial greases suitable for being transferred under pressure through small bore tubing. A wide selection of reservoir capacities are available to handle any size machinery.

A machine or time-controlled solenoid valve actuates the SureMatic Lubricator to deliver pre-determined amounts of grease.

Recommended for use with Progressive Lubricating Systems and PDI systems.

     

Airmatic automatic lubricator         

Airmatic lubricator has a wide stroke adjustment and permits adaptation to all types of industrial equipment. Operated by shop air, oil output is related to piston travel and cycles per unit time. Stroke movement is preset to a fixed discharge, and supply air pressure governs the output delivery.

When used with Positive Displacement Injectors, a built-in pressure relief device lets PDI’s reset after discharge. Models are available for all types of Single-Line Oil Systems. Reservoir Capacity: 1.5, 4 or
12 liter.

Also used with SLR and Progressive systems.

Engineered manifolds work with single line progressive systems to distribute a measured amount of lubricant to exactly the point it needs to go.

Single Line Manual pumps                                     

For bearings that require an application of lubricant infrequently, the manually-operated pumping unit is used, and may be located on the machine or at any convenient point nearby.

These units consist of a double-acting piston pump, reciprocated by a hand lever through a rack-and-gear segment. A quick-fill connection provides a convenient means of filling the reservoir, and an inlet filter screen gives added protection against the entry of dirt.

Where oil is employed, a cork float with oil level rod replaces the grease follower plate. Three sizes of reservoirs provide a supply of lubricant adequate for the number of bearings being lubricated.

SureFire PDI automatic lubricator

The SureFire PDI automatic lubricator is a robust pump capable of handling up to 100 lubrication points on oil and soft grease applications. It has a compact design to fit your space requirements and lubrication demands. The lubricator comes in four reservoir sizes (1.8L, 2.7L, 6.0L and 12.0L).

It features a low level switch for failsafe operation. And installations and maintenance are quick and easy with side hydraulic outlet connections and a quick-snap reservoir. The SureFire PDI lubricator is available in a variety of voltage options, including 115/230VAC, 24VDC, and 230/480VAC 3-phase. It works well with ZEM Series injectors to provide a complete solution for your lubrication needs.

TM Series automatic oil lubricators

TM-1 automatic lubricator is a motor-driven, spring discharge piston pump. The motor incorporates a gear reduction which determines the operating cycle of the pump piston.

This pump has a discharge volume of 0.2cc to 1.0cc per cycle with a maximum pressure of 50psi (3.45 bar). It can lubricate up to 20 bearings.

The TM-5 Series has a discharge volume of 2.5cc to 5.0cc per cycle with a maximum pressure of 60psi (4.14 bar). It can lubricate up to 50 bearings.

For use with Single Line Resistance systems only.

ZEM Series injectors       The ZEM Series of positive displacement injectors (PDIs) delivers precise and controlled lubrication outputs that meet exact requirements for diverse applications. It is a pre-fixed volumetric injector that helps ensure each lubrication point receives the proper amount of lubricant. Which means you won’t have to worry about over- or under-lubrication. There are five series of ZEM injectors -
32, 33, 34, 35 and 39. Each series is capable of discharging oil or soft grease (up to NLGI 00). And with outputs that range from 0.01cc to 1.5cc, there is an injector available to handle almost any industrial application.

The ZEM Series of injectors works well with the SureFire lubricator to create an effective and efficient PDI lubrication system. From 1 up to 5 outlets available.

Bijur meter units are oil proportioning devices for cyclic systems. Each outlet of a lubricating system is controlled by a meter unit. The lubricator in the system dispenses known amounts of oil to the distribution network and meter units deliver this oil in varying amounts to the bearing points.

Application
Meter units type “F” must be used with all cyclic type lubricators (cannot be used with continuous lubricators). Meter units feed in one direction only. This is indicated by arrow stamped on body.

High speed, near dry machining places increased demands on metal-cutting machinery. Requirements call for faster spindle operations, as well as increased control of lubrication system outputs to minimize fluid usage. Bijur Delimon’s HyperFormance Air/Oil Reclamation System provides machine tool users with lubricating air/oil mix control to optimize faster spindle operation and recirculate airborne particles to support uncontaminated near dry machining.

The system fully supports clean near dry machinery processes, the benefits include:

• Uncontaminated chips (eliminates use of recycling cleaning process or expensive disposal fluid treatment – typically 10-15% manufacturing savings).

SM-C Controller is available in various timer and divider valve cycle count-based models, with adjustable on and off ranges to control electric motor-driven lubrication systems. The controller has the ability to detect abnormal operating situations.

The unit has a lapsed time feature. Meaning, after a power interruption, the controller completes remaining time or cycles. Low lubricant levels in lubricator switch can be monitored by the controller. A built-in LED display monitors preset program operation. The LED displays status of electrical inputs.

SS2200 Remote Controller is a microprocessor-based programmable controller specifically designed to control single line and dual line centralized lubricating systems. Precise LEDindicators clearly display idle, lube or fault modes, and a three-digit numerical display used during both programming and lube system operation.
