These lubricants are manufactured from the highest quality synthetic hydrocarbon  base-stocks and advanced additive technology. EnviroTech CO-150 FG is a specially developed, food grade chain lubricant blended from biobased oils and fortified with synthetic food grade white graphite. This unique high temperature formula lubricates at operating temperatures exceeding 1000ºC and meets U.S.D.A. 1998 (H1) guidelines for applications where incidental food contact is possible. It does not contain VOCs and will out-perform other lubricants containing molybdenum disulfide, black graphite, or Teflon®. In addition, EnviroTech CO-150 FG contains a natural self-cleaning property which cleans the buildup on chains attributable to the use of inferior chain lubricants. This superior chain lubricant provides excellent protection against wear, rust, oxidation, and corrosion.

APPLICATIONS: Use EnviroTech CO-150 FG for chains exposed to high service temperatures which exceed those recommended for conventional lubricants. This product is ideal for oven chains used in plants which produce bread, cookies, cakes and other baked food products. It is also suitable for can making where decorative coatings are being cured or applied. EnviroTech CO-150 FG can also be used in non-food grade high temperature applications.

SUMTECH FMG-Series grease is an aluminum complex thickened semi-synthetic lubricating grease created specifically for the food service, beverage, and packaging industries. The aluminum complex thickener system provides excellent water resistance and a broad operating temperature range. A combination of newly developed additives and dependable NX1 additives provide excellent anti-wear/extreme pressure properties, oxidation resistance, and corrosion prevention. Special additives are employed to keep the grease in place between wash-down cycles which improves equipment and lubricant life in wet conditions.

SumTech EMB-160 is semi-synthetic ISO 150 polyurea grease specifically designed for use in rolling element anti-friction bearings operating under extreme temperatures.  The organic polyurea thickener system contains no metal ions which act as catalysts for oxidation. SumTech EMB-160 was designed with special anti-oxidants and corrosion inhibitors to ensure long life of rolling bearings operating under severe temperature and high humidity . The extended service temperature range of -22ºF to 320ºF and high speed factor of 500,000 nDm makes SumTech EMB-160 the ideal lubricating grease for electric motor bearings designed to be lubricated for life.

SumTech AQ-320 is a Barium complex ISO 320 lubricating grease for use in wet environments. The special Barium complex thickener is resistant to steam and mild alkaline and acidic solutions preventing SumTech AQ-320 from becoming washed out of the lubricating area. The nature of the special thickener system gives SumTech AQ-320 a very tacky nature which is similar to the specific gravity of water, providing an unprecedented level of protection against water washout and corrosion. Premium anti-oxidants provide excellent thermal stability and a blend of corrosion inhibitors extend the excellent anti-corrosion nature inherent of the thickener.  SumTech AQ-320 is the grease of choice for marine, pulp and paper, and steel mill industries where exposure to water and aggressive media cannot be avoided. SumTech AQ-320 is also suitable for use in sealing water valves, labyrinth seals, and rotary steam unions.

Moly EP Synthetic Grease is a multipurpose, extreme pressure wide temperature range grease. The grease is compounded from a unique blend of the finest select severely hydrotreated polyalphaolefin (PAO) synthetic base fluids and high viscosity index paraffin base oils available. Blended into these para-synthetic base fluids is an aluminum complex base thickener and selected extreme pressure and rust and oxidation additives.
